Cancellation and booking policy.
We have noticed over the last year that we are experiencing a high volume of no-shows or last minute cancellations. Which has resulted in a loss of more than £400 a month for us and leaves us with empty appointment times we cannot fill.
We cannot continue to absorb the costs of this so have made the decision to charge a £10 deposit for bookings 1 hour or more.
No-shows.
The deposit is non-refundable and full payment will be required on booking further appointments.
Late Cancellations.
We will ask a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for an appointment to be cancelled or moved and your deposit will be moved with your appointment. Within the 48hrs the deposit will be non-refundable and another deposit will be required to book again.
During opening hours we will not accept email or social media cancellations (Facebook or Instagram) this is reserved for Sundays, Mondays and bank holidays. Cancellations must be done by phone or leaving a message on our landline.
Late Arrivals.
With late arrivals to appointments we will do our best to carry out the full appointment but this may not always be possible, so we will offer to amend our service to the time remaining. If you choose not to go ahead with the amended service this will result in a loss of deposit.
Groups bookings.
Large bookings for several clients at once (i.e. weddings) will need to pay a larger deposit depending on the time booked out.
